Before connecting you to some of the greatest stories in history, I want to connect you to my personal story. The first DCAs

DCA 001- Family

This award honors my grandfather, Ronald Seltzer, in 1979 for his seven years of dedication to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, a proud piece of our family’s story. My grandfather was the first to believe in me and pushed me to start the original idea from which LUCY was born.

DCA 002- Cultural Heritage

Over a century old, this Shana Tova greeting from 1908 belonged to my great-grandmother and is now a treasured piece of our family’s history. This represents my Jewish heritage.

DCA003- Career

In June 2025, I was honored to be accepted as a Fellow of The Explorers Club. This is the issue of The Explorers Log (Vol. 57, No. 2) where my class of new members was officially welcomed. This DCA represents a milestone in my personal career.
